Digital Marketing Coordinator (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States (Hybrid)

Annual base salary: $55,000–$65,000

What you will do

• Support the growth and marketing teams in solving user acquisition challenges.
• Work with agencies and influencers to conceptualize and create ad content for core and emerging channels.
• Coordinate, develop, and launch paid advertising campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Drive user acquisition initiatives cross-functionally within the marketing organization.
• Support campaign setup, reporting, optimization, and customer journey activities across the marketing funnel.
• Assist with customer and influencer relationship development and contribute to acquisition-focused business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress from a leading institution.
• Expert familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and X.
• Active social media usage, particularly on TikTok.
• Ability to manage end-to-end projects with limited guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google equivalents; Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills are a plus.
