Trainer

What you will do

• Coordinate with engineers, training supervisors, production supervisors, and other stakeholders to review and update training materials for specific processes and workstations.
• Conduct employee training and evaluations for certification and recertification.
• Deliver on-the-job training and verify that employees are qualified for their roles.
• Monitor training materials, on-the-job training periods, and employee progress at workstations.
• Provide training recommendations to help employees develop the knowledge and skills required for their duties.

Requirements

• Vocational certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for work.
• Ability to learn new tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to mentor operators with a service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
