TL;DR
Regional Mentor, Delta (Nigeria) (Training and Field Operations): Delivering classroom and field training, mentoring sales staff and agents, and developing learning content across the Delta region with an accent on technology adoption, learning performance, and training assessment. Focus on administering knowledge platforms, driving Litmos lesson completion, analyzing training data, and supporting field teams in remote areas.
Location: Onsite in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria; frequent travel to remote areas is required.

What you will do
- Deliver classroom and field training for sales staff and field agents.
- Mentor and induct field-based employees while maintaining training KPIs and targets.
- Design training assessments and develop or improve training materials and concepts.
- Drive adoption of technology-based work tools and improve learning performance through data tools.
- Administer knowledge platforms and increase engagement and lesson completion in Litmos.
- Communicate policy and training updates, collect feedback, and support the implementation of new tools, products, and processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in training and coaching, preferably in sales or marketing.
- Degree in education or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to create a conducive learning environment and strong problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy, diligence, reliability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, visualization tools, smartphones, and mobile applications.
- Ability to travel frequently to remote areas; knowledge of the territory is an advantage.
