IT Support Lead - IL (Microsoft 365/Azure AD, Google Workspace): Maintaining and improving the company's IT environment in an onsite Tel Aviv role with an accent on endpoint, server, service, and network administration. What you will do
- Maintain and improve the company's technology environment.
- Manage endpoints, servers, and IT services.
- Participate in equipment purchasing.
- Collect logs and metrics as evidence for applicable compliance standards.
- Investigate staff complaints and support teams with remediation.
- Protect systems against cybersecurity threats.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT support engineer is required.
- Administration experience with Office 365, Azure AD, and Google Workspace is required.
- Experience supporting non-technical personnel.
- Administration experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Experience with server virtualization using VMware or open-source solutions.
- Experience managing network devices such as Cisco and FortiGate, troubleshooting network issues, and resolving operating-system malfunctions.
