IT Engineer (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global develops an Agentic Exposure Action Platform that uses autonomous AI Analysts to investigate, guide, and verify cybersecurity remediation across identity, cloud, and IT ecosystems.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees in the Tel Aviv headquarters and US-based remote locations.
• Manage the employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, access provisioning, orientation, offboarding, and workflow automation.
• Administer Google Workspace as the identity provider, including SSO and SCIM integrations across SaaS applications.
• Manage the AI tooling stack, Mac and Windows fleets, MDM, endpoint security, asset inventory, procurement, and equipment logistics.
• Maintain Tel Aviv office systems, IT equipment, and physical security systems.
• Document recurring solutions, support security reviews, implement approved tools, and track IT and security KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience across hardware, software, permissions, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Office 365, MDM platforms, and SaaS integrations.
• Comfort managing both macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience automating IT workflows with Bash, Python, Google Apps Script, n8n, or Slack workflows.
• Security-first mindset with an understanding of access, exposure, attack surface, and least-privilege principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, escalation, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience administering AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for a team.
