IT Support Specialist

Location: On-site in the New York City office five days per week

Salary: $80,000–$115,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide frontline support for hardware, software, network, and employee technology issues.
• Build repeatable IT workflows for onboarding, device imaging, provisioning, and support operations.
• Procure, configure, deploy, inventory, maintain, and refresh laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Manage local office infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, printers, conferencing equipment, and technical dashboards.
• Partner with Security, Facilities, People Operations, vendors, and other teams to improve employee technology experiences.
• Support company events, all-hands meetings, AV systems, and video conferencing while documenting processes and implementing light automation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a related role.
• Strong experience supporting macOS; working knowledge of Windows is a plus.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Mosyle, Jamf, Hexnode, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, SSO provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting AV systems, video conferencing, and large company meetings or all-hands events.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in New York City five days per week. Strong troubleshooting, communication, ownership, customer service, and process-improvement skills are required.
