Workday Configurator (Workday)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina; onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexible work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $65,200–$137,200

What you will do

• Represent cross-team initiatives and provide configuration expertise, direction, and design guidance.
• Collaborate with product configurators, Product Owners, and Leads on strategic initiatives and release planning.
• Design scalable Workday functionality and identify cross-product touchpoints, alignment opportunities, and stakeholder impacts.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback, usage data, and business requirements to recommend design and prioritization decisions.
• Provide consulting, demonstrations, presentations, Office Hours, and one-on-one guidance to support feature adoption.
• Review tenants, troubleshoot configurations, and identify optimization and adoption opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems, preferably Workday.
• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise processes and enabling systems.
• Mastery of one or more Workday product areas and strong understanding of Workday architecture.
• Knowledge of the Business Process Framework, security, user interface, and reporting.
• Experience defining business problems, researching user needs, prototyping and testing solutions, and participating in Agile processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, collaboration, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
