Workday HCM Configurator

Location: Cincinnati, OH; hybrid. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes and functionalities.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve configuration issues and Workday Support cases.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate implementations, and prepare functional specifications and change requests.
• Perform QA for peer-configured changes and develop end-to-end testing strategies with stakeholders.
• Create test approaches, plans, cases, scripts, and related documentation.
• Support Workday releases, reporting, data management, operations projects, compliance activities, end users, and training.

Requirements

• At least two years of Workday HCM experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring, and testing Workday HCM modules.
• Experience supporting Workday business processes and using Workday reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, learn quickly, and build functional expertise.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HCM concepts such as FLSA and WTPA.
