Workday Analyst (Workday)

Salary: $80,000.00–$95,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Workday Core HCM, including supervisory organizations, additional organizations, and business processes.
• Provide Tier 2 support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated incidents and service requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to system functionality and operational efficiency.
• Manage support tickets from intake through resolution and communicate with users and stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance Workday solutions, develop custom reports, and support calculated fields.
• Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on requirements, testing, releases, documentation, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience using or maintaining Workday.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.
• Experience or ability to support Workday configuration, reporting, business processes, security, organizational structures, and data.
