Presales (SaaS)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Support sales activities for mid-market and enterprise customers in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
• Qualify opportunities, support RFP responses, and improve discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept processes.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical discussions with customer stakeholders, C-suite executives, architects, and development teams.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and translate customer requirements and process flows into technical solutions.
• Maintain product expertise and act as the primary contact for prospects' technical questions during the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, customer success, product, development, operations, and marketing teams, including on post-sale adoption and account growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting and/or consultative implementation experience.
• Native French and fluent English.
• Strong client engagement, consulting, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions and presenting complex technical capabilities.
• Experience with full-cycle enterprise SaaS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, product configuration, data import/export, testing, and training.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural, agile, and changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Learning Management Solution, Learning Experience Platform, or similar system.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, lesson planning, or curriculum planning.
