Forward Deployed Consultant (AI)

Location: Paris, France. Right to work in France required.

What you will do

• Work with strategic customers to understand frontline workflows, pain points, operating models, data landscapes, and business goals.
• Lead customer workshops with operations, IT, HR, learning, communications, and retail stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into use cases, success criteria, workflow designs, and implementation plans.
• Design and configure end-to-end solutions using hirify.global, integrations, automation, data, APIs, and AI-powered experiences.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, ML Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Support to validate and deliver use cases.
• Test solutions with users, support pilots and production launches, and create reusable implementation guides, automation patterns, and playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, implementation consulting, solutions consulting, customer delivery, technical product, customer success engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers on complex projects.
• Strong ability to understand business processes, map workflows, identify pain points, define solutions, and facilitate workshops.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, integrations, automation tools, SaaS platforms, and AI use cases.
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders, plus a product mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Fluent English required; French is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or retail technology.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agents, retrieval, structured outputs, or AI evaluation workflows.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, large datasets, or data validation.
• Basic scripting or prototyping skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies.
