Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain expertise in hirify.global product functionality and practical customer use cases.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to support new business and expansion revenue.
• Deliver personalised live product demonstrations, including integrations, workflows, and complex scenarios.
• Design, validate, and document product configuration and implementation strategies.
• Participate in RFI/RFP processes and respond to technical questions.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with customer success, engineering, and product management to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar finance role, such as Oracle, SAP, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, financial controller, head of finance, or accounting manager.
• Professional accounting qualification; CPA is preferred.
• Experience in pre-sales and implementation is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer environments, introduce new concepts, manage competing priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
