Customer Solutions Consultant - UK Market (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Lyon, France, or Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €36,000 per year in Lisbon or €38,000 per year in Lyon

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, driving product adoption, retention, ROI, and long-term value.
• Optimise customer processes for cash management, treasury, payments, and financial visibility.
• Analyse ERP, banking, payments, and treasury ecosystems and translate business needs into scalable data and workflow structures.
• Identify finance transformation opportunities, quantify business impact, and support customers in replacing manual processes with automated operations.
• Represent customer needs across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Commercial, and leadership teams.
• Build product expertise, share knowledge internally, and identify strategic growth opportunities with Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and confidence working with finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fintech, consulting, finance operations, treasury, accounting, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Interest in finance processes, payments, and financial systems.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• High ownership, accountability for customer outcomes, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, project management, or customer platforms such as Gainsight.
