What you will do

• Prepare and deliver detailed technical product demonstrations for CCH-Tagetik.
• Design and implement technical sales materials, presentations, and strategies.
• Manage complex technical and functional customer inquiries independently.
• Facilitate sophisticated technical solutions during customer engagements.
• Lead product training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience providing technical support and driving technical sales processes.
• Thorough expertise in corporate performance management solutions.
• Advanced customer engagement, retention, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication and documentation skills.
• Expertise with technical sales tools and CRM software.
• Perfect command of French and strong command of English required.
