Location: Billerica and Bedford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $120,500–$160,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

  • Lead site-wide production planning policies, procedures, and material control systems.
  • Manage and develop Industrial Engineers, Production Schedulers, and Inventory Analysts through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and development plans.
  • Oversee material requirements planning, production scheduling, inventory levels, and the movement of materials supporting manufacturing and engineering.
  • Direct strategic capacity planning for the Billerica and Bedford sites and align manufacturing lead times with customer and market expectations.
  • Partner with Operations, Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Business Units, Commodity Management, IT, and Customer Service on planning and process improvements.
  • Implement lean materials management practices, including PFEP, capacity models, S&OP, SAM, and lead-time improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of materials management experience, including manufacturing experience in materials or production planning or supply chain management.
  • Experience supporting a global operational footprint and managing direct reports with an emphasis on development and coaching.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferably SAP Super User experience.
  • Lean and Six Sigma training or certification.
  • APICS certification is desired.
