Material & Supply Chain Manager (Avionics)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY, with the work site in East Aurora, NY; first-shift schedule

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage materials and supply chain operations for the Avionics team.
• Lead the Avionics supply chain team, including staff development and succession planning.
• Establish and improve standard work, policies, and processes to increase performance.
• Align production planning, logistics, and supply chain activities with site and business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain improvement initiatives with internal teams and suppliers.
• Oversee operational and financial metrics, monthly SIOP reporting, ERP/MRP controls, capacity constraints, and inventory optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP-based material control systems.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Ability to work onsite in the Buffalo/East Aurora, New York area.
