Operations Coordinator (AI Healthcare)

What you will do

• Process and verify patient, referral, and clinical document data using internal and partner tools.
• Route documents and data accurately to support patient care and provider practice operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet internal turnaround-time requirements.
• Identify bugs and recurring patterns that affect quality or processing speed.
• Share feedback with Engineering and Product teams to improve tooling and automation.
• Participate in training and calibration to maintain quality and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0–1+ years of experience in administrative support, medical data entry, customer service, or process-driven operations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and consistency.
• Ability to execute structured workflows and solve problems using repeatable systems.
• Familiarity with EHRs or healthcare workflows is a plus.
