Operations Associate (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: San Francisco, CA; workplace operations span offices in San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Own office logistics, supplies, landlord relationships, company swag, and off-site planning across the San Francisco and New York locations.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding end to end, including scheduling, offer logistics, and new-hire ramp design.
• Coordinate legal and immigration matters and run the hirify.global Founder Academy.
• Develop and deliver company events, including concepts, logistics, invitations, and a recurring events calendar.
• Partner with the founders and Head of BizOps on strategic special projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment; less experience may be considered for candidates who learn quickly.
• Experience in an ambiguous, cross-functional role such as people operations, workplace operations, office management, or events management.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to unblock problems and work independently.
• Strong written communication and careful handling of sensitive employee information.
• Ability to manage varied operational domains while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfort using AI tools, scripts, or automation to improve recurring workflows.

Nice to have

• Strong undergraduate degree and consulting experience.
• Experience founding a venture or building a function from 0 to 1.
