Senior Software Engineer, Product (AI)

Location: New York, NY; in person 5 days a week

Salary: $250K–$350K per year, plus equity and bonus

Building an AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating documentation, discovery, and decision-making for enterprise services work.

What you will do

• Build and iterate on user-facing product experiences for AI-powered collaborative workflows.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through launch and iteration.
• Work with design, customers, operations, GTM, and deployed services teams to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
• Build document generation, synthesis, and review experiences on top of LLM infrastructure.
• Develop integrations and data surfaces connecting Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Improve product quality through instrumentation, experimentation, and user feedback loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience after a BS or MS.
• Strong full-stack or frontend-leaning engineering skills.
• Experience shipping user-facing features in fast-growing SaaS products.
• Ability to build polished interfaces and connect the APIs and data layer behind them.
• Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with design and making independent product decisions.
