Senior Product Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York headquarters; full-time in-person work in NYC is required

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own feature development end to end, from design and backend services to AI-powered user experiences.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements through rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to align engineering decisions with business outcomes.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
• Prioritize work autonomously while adapting to changing requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience; exceptional new graduates with meaningful projects or internships are also considered.
• Strong familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Outcome-driven approach focused on measurable impact.
• Comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Willingness to work in person in NYC full time.
