Fullstack Product Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered assistant that connects to email, calendars, Slack, documents, and other tools to execute real work and automate workflows.

What you will do

• Build AI-native experiences for email, calendars, and contacts, including autonomous triage, drafting, scheduling, and relationship graphs.
• Develop a suggestion engine that recommends tasks and workflows for users to automate.
• Design and build a workflow builder for creating, sharing, and installing automations.
• Build team and shared workflow surfaces across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Improve approvals, notifications, and home-screen experiences that establish trust in the assistant.
• Own product features end to end across UI/UX, backend systems, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Generalist fullstack experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to manage the complete experience from interface to prompts and database schema.
• Experience with LLM-powered products, agentic UX, or products where non-determinism is a core design constraint.
• Experience shipping products at a high-growth startup during an inflection point.
• Ability to work in person five days per week in San Francisco or New York City.
• A highly effective AI-native coding workflow and a track record of rapid product development.
