Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site 5 days a week in NYC or San Francisco

What you will do

• Rethink email, calendar, and contacts through an AI-native lens.
• Build a suggestion engine that discovers automation opportunities for users.
• Design and implement a workflow builder for sharing and installing automations.
• Develop shared team surfaces and cross-platform experiences across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Own features end-to-end, from UI/UX design to backend implementation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in NYC or SF.
• Generalist mindset with comfort moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Strong product taste and ability to manage the full experience from pixel to database schema.
• Experience with LLM-powered products or agentic UX where non-determinism is a constraint.
• Proven track record of shipping products at a high-growth startup during inflection points.
• Proficiency in using AI-native coding workflows to increase development speed.
