What you will do

• Own strategic projects from initial definition through execution.
• Explore new products, markets, and business models to shape the company's direction.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform leadership decisions.
• Prepare materials for fundraises, board meetings, and investor communications.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff to pressure-test ideas and align priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or consulting at a fast-growing tech company.
• Hands-on experience with AI products or technologies.
• Ability to navigate loosely defined problems and drive them to successful outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make progress with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and executive teams.
• Must be based in Palo Alto.
