Technical Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $250,000–$400,000 USD base salary per year, plus meaningful equity and competitive benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the founders' highest-priority initiatives and provide operational support for partner and investor conversations, prioritization, decision-making, and execution.
• Shape go-to-market positioning, identify and secure early design partners and customers, run pilots, and build the commercial motion from zero to one.
• Build planning cycles, goal tracking, internal KPIs, communications, and cross-team execution systems for a research-driven company.
• Lead high-priority special projects such as partnership negotiations, launches, market analyses, and urgent operational issues.
• Work directly with the CEO and cofounders across strategic and deeply tactical problems.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in high-growth technology, including Chief of Staff, founder, early-stage operator, GTM or BizOps leadership, management consulting, or strategy roles with an operating track record.
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, frontier research labs, AI models, and how AI products are built and sold.
• Proven zero-to-one go-to-market experience, including closing early customers or partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear decisions and narratives.
• High energy, endurance, resourcefulness, and a strong bias toward action in an intense, long-hours environment.
