What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions across plant production equipment.
• Install, modify, and commission electronic and electrical control equipment with the maintenance department.
• Develop engineering specifications, maintain electrical drawings and schematics, and manage machine-program backups.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, drives, HMIs, and Fanuc, ABB, and Kuka robotic systems.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports in Microsoft SQL Server to support manufacturing metrics.
• Recommend equipment modifications, replacement parts, and spare-parts inventories to improve machine utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, or an associate degree with equivalent experience and training.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs, drives, and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
• Experience with control-system design, troubleshooting, installation, and man-machine interface programming.
• Familiarity with CATIA V5/V6, RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, RSView Studio, RSSQL, RSNetWorx, and Microsoft SQL Server.
