What you will do
- Lead and support equipment troubleshooting events in collaboration with process engineering and maintenance teams.
- Define and develop PLC programs to improve plant safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Perform automation start-up and post-start-up support for internal and external customer projects.
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron systems.
- Develop and integrate control systems for automation equipment, robotics, and vision systems.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams for automation upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automated processes environment.
- Solid knowledge in programming with Allen Bradley Rockwell Automation Software and Siemens S7.
- Proficiency in Ladder Diagram, Functional Block Diagram, Structured Text, and HMI Panel View.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
