Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead multiple product engineering teams across distinct product areas.
• Coach Engineering Leads on technical direction, execution, communication, and team development.
• Hire engineers and support their growth through clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Partner with Product and business leaders on strategy, prioritization, and execution.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and improve engineering management practices as the organization grows.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple engineering teams through experienced technical leads or other managers.
• Experience making difficult performance and organizational decisions with care and clarity.
• Close partnership with Product and stakeholders outside Engineering to deliver business outcomes.
• Experience working in domains with complex requirements, multiple stakeholders, or significant operational constraints.
• Previous staff-level or comparably senior engineering experience, with the ability to discuss architecture and trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Clear communication and the ability to add structure without unnecessary process.
