Clinical Diabetes Specialist (Diabetes Technology)

Location: OK, US; field-based position requiring residence in the geography specified in the job title

Annual base salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus an annual commission target for total target earnings of $128,000–$138,000.

What you will do

• Promote and provide clinical support for hirify.global products and services within the assigned territory.
• Manage and conduct training for people with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and provider-office staff.
• Provide product demonstrations and act as the main educational contact for iLet users and healthcare teams.
• Partner with the Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to develop territory strategies and achieve goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while using clinical expertise and consultative selling skills.
• Document compliant communications and activities in Salesforce.com and manage multiple priorities across the territory.

Requirements

• RN or RD qualification.
• CDCES certification required.
• Acceptable licenses include APRN, NP, or PA.
• At least 3 years of diabetes experience.
• Strong teaching, communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Must reside in the Oklahoma geography specified in the position title; travel is required depending on business needs.

Nice to have

• 5 or more years of diabetes experience.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
