Salary: $250,000–$300,000 USD per year

hirify.global builds AI search infrastructure, retrieval systems, and research APIs that provide real-time, accurate, citation-backed information for agents, applications, and enterprise workflows.

What you will do

• Build reference implementations, demos, and developer tooling for hirify.global's APIs.
• Improve agentic results while reducing inference costs and token usage.
• Optimize AI applications to achieve strong performance with smaller, more cost-efficient models.
• Ship and maintain open-source projects and integrate hirify.global into agent frameworks and developer tools.
• Represent hirify.global through code, technical writing, talks, hackathons, meetups, and panels.
• Translate developer needs into product improvements and communicate technical value to business and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern AI and agent systems and strong systems-design skills.
• Ability to make sound architecture decisions while balancing domain-specific and enterprise requirements.
• Public body of work such as an active GitHub profile, open-source projects, or community-used demos.
• Experience contributing to open source and/or participating in hackathons, meetups, or technical talks.
• Ability to communicate deeply with engineers and clearly with non-technical and C-level audiences.
