Senior AI/ML Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, USA (Hybrid: Wednesdays work from home)

Compensation: $220,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Create and ship differentiated AI experiences tailored for sales teams.
• Craft the AI/ML strategy in collaboration with founders and executives.
• Identify user needs suitable for AI/ML solutions and frame technical problems.
• Prototype LLM-powered experiences and drive them into robust product features.
• Recruit and mentor teammates to build a world-class AI/ML engineering team.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in CS, AI, or applied math.
• 5+ years of experience building AI/ML products in NLP domains.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks or cloud services.
• Hands-on ML Ops experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI/ML product initiatives.
• Publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals.
• Experience with LLM ops tools like LangChain, Llama, or Pinecone.
