Implementation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Enzo EHR, Enzo Intake, Enzo Scribe, and Enzo QA from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
• Configure the platform for each agency’s workflows, service lines, payer mix, and compliance requirements.
• Plan and execute migrations from legacy home health EHRs, validating patient records, OASIS assessments, plans of care, and billing data.
• Build and deliver role-based training for clinicians, QA staff, coders, intake teams, and agency leadership.
• Own implementation timelines and coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders to achieve go-live dates.
• Monitor adoption, document implementation playbooks, surface product feedback, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of current home health experience in clinical operations, documentation, coding/QA, or software implementation.
• Deep knowledge of the home health referral-to-billing lifecycle, including intake, eligibility, OASIS-E, ICD-10 coding, QA, plans of care, Notices of Admission, and claims.
• Fluency in PDGM, LUPAs, HHVBP, CMS Conditions of Participation, Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and applicable Review Choice Demonstration requirements.
• Hands-on experience with home health EHRs such as Homecare Homebase, WellSky/Kinnser, MatrixCare, Axxess, or Netsmart.
• Strong project management, communication, customer onboarding, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to explain AI-driven and automated workflows clearly to non-technical clinical staff.

Nice to have

• RN, PT, or OT credentials with home health field experience.
• OASIS or coding certifications such as COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or BCHH-C.
• Direct home health EHR implementation or administration experience.
• Experience at a high-growth healthcare technology company.
