Location: On-site at NYC - 390 Park Ave (Lever House), New York City

What you will do

• Deliver seamless, luxury hospitality across private offices, cafés, gathering spaces, and the Lever Club.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality food and beverage displays.
• Support the Hospitality Manager in creating a warm, elevated, customer-service-centered member experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with business leaders and cultural tastemakers.
• Respond to member, employee, and supervisor inquiries or complaints with prompt, professional solutions.
• Help shape service standards and operational details during the pre-opening of the flagship location.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, membership clubs, or a comparable hospitality environment.
• Front-of-house food and beverage experience with a strong understanding of presentation and quality.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
• Ability to work hands-on and manage tasks of varying sizes.
• Adaptability and collaboration across hirify.global, CBRE, Lever Club, and member needs.
• Ability to work on-site at the Lever House location in New York City.
