Practice Team Member Experience

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (On-site)

Compensation: $21 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee the scheduling system and manage member wait times.
• Handle all member communications via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver billing communications and process payments during visits.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and on-brand practice environment.
• Anticipate member needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Act as a primary knowledge source for members regarding services and care.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Boston.
• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality-focused role.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs on occasion.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for animal care.
