Procurement Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Europe, with a willingness to be based in the Nordics through delivery

Salary: €70,000–€95,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform covering capital, compute clusters, and software.

What you will do

• Own project procurement from strategy and tendering through purchasing and site delivery.
• Manage long-lead equipment packages, including generators, switchgear, and cooling plant.
• Run tenders and negotiate project packages with the contracts lead.
• Expedite manufacturing and logistics against the project schedule and fixed delivery dates.
• Manage supplier performance, inspections, and factory acceptance with the quality lead.
• Coordinate customs, shipping, and site logistics into the Nordics while tracking procurement against the baseline.

Requirements

• Procurement experience on data center or major capital projects.
• Experience buying long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience expediting critical packages against fixed dates.
• Working knowledge of logistics into the Nordics.
• Willingness to be based in the Nordics through delivery.
