Implementation Manager (AI/SaaS)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid workplace. Around 20% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end deployment projects for global mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Lead project scoping, planning, execution, scheduling, and resource management.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, and Support.
• Resolve project issues and risks, escalate blockers, and maintain clear project updates.
• Improve implementation methodologies to support scalable and repeatable project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-stakeholder technical deployments and customer-facing implementations.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or a related industry.
• Experience leading complex SaaS projects for global enterprise or Fortune 500+ customers.
• Strong leadership, organization, analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working across IT, SaaS, or software environments and navigating technical challenges.

• Experience in a B2B enterprise SaaS or AI company.
• Experience in manufacturing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or cloud computing.
