HRBP Manager (Mexico) (People Operations): Supporting commercial and operations teams in Mexico through strategic HR business partnering, talent management, people analytics, and HR project delivery with an accent on organizational design, senior-leader influence, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on leading performance and promotion cycles, developing HR dashboards, coordinating organizational change initiatives, and building high-performance teams as an individual contributor.
Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico, with in-person collaboration at the Mexico office twice a week

What you will do
- Partner with commercial and operations leaders in Mexico, understand business priorities and OKRs, and influence people-related decisions.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce movements, hiring, talent development, succession planning, and high-performance teams.
- Use people KPIs such as eNPS, turnover, time-to-fill, compensation cycles, and talent reviews to support decisions.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for people-metric analysis.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects, including engagement, culture, and organizational change initiatives.
- Facilitate performance reviews, promotion and merit cycles, and other people-related rituals.
Requirements
- Generalist Human Resources experience, preferably in a technology company.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in a technology or fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting senior leadership on HR and people-management topics.
- Project management experience with a track record of delivering HR projects.
- Ability to create and interpret HR reports in data-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced English and availability for hybrid work are required.
