Senior People Partner (HR for HR)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the HR Generalists team while serving as HR for HR.
• Partner with People Partners, People Operations, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support talent integration, retention, development, performance management, calibrations, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
• Assess organizational design and health initiatives, identify change risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate compensation trends, structures, and implications for pay programs.
• Assess talent trends and risks, use data to influence leaders, and manage cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
• 5+ years of experience managing people, preferably an HR Generalists team.
• Experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success executing inclusive, scalable talent strategies and programs in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Change management and project management experience, with strong judgment in assessing employee and business risk.
• Knowledge of compensation strategies and packages that include equity.
