Senior Product Manager, Endpoint (Endpoint Security)

Location: Remote, United States; travel to customers approximately 30–40%.

Base salary: $180,000–$240,000 per year, with potential bonus or commission plans, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the endpoint product area, product strategy, roadmap, scope, sequencing, and prioritization decisions.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through general availability and post-launch iteration.
• Meet enterprise customers and prospects to validate problems and represent the product in roadmap reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives.
• Partner with Engineering on requirements, architecture discussions, delivery quality, and technical tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales Architects, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Product, and UX to support deals, launches, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Report on adoption, retention, deal impact, risks, and business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including several years at a senior or lead level owning a product area.
• Experience shipping agent-based software running on customer machines, including deployment at scale, performance footprint, OS behavior, telemetry, upgrades, and rollback.
• Experience with B2B enterprise products sold to external customers in a customer-facing capacity.
• Technical aptitude to follow design discussions, read architecture documents, ask informed questions, and challenge decisions when necessary.
• Demonstrated ownership of product decisions, shipped work, and measurable business impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers and executives, plus willingness to travel to customers approximately 30–40%.

Nice to have

• Endpoint security or endpoint management experience with EDR, EPP, anti-ransomware, or systems management products.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Applied AI or ML experience in a shipped product.
