Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States

Base pay range: $187,700–$275,275 per year for the SF Bay Area.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investment recommendations for a strategically important enterprise security product area.
• Own ambiguous, high-impact problems spanning multiple capabilities, teams, and customer-experience areas.
• Conduct customer and prospect discovery to understand workflows, unmet needs, and evolving enterprise security challenges.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and make product, technical, and resource tradeoffs.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations around priorities, dependencies, launches, adoption, and commercialization.
• Define product success metrics, represent the product with customers and executives, and mentor other Product Managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise software products from strategy through execution.
• Experience defining and executing product strategy for enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
• Strong product judgment, analytical and commercial thinking, and experience solving complex, ambiguous problems across multiple teams.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to partner with Engineering on architecture, platform capabilities, technical investments, and tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, and experience engaging enterprise customers, prospects, partners, and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
