Senior/Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, with listed locations in San Francisco, California, and New York City, NY. The role may require up to 25% travel.

Salary: $225,000–$265,000 annual base salary, plus equity in the form of stock options.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity company developing NodeZero, a platform for autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for NodeZero Tripwires, AD Tripwires, and related threat detection workflows.
• Extend offensive security validation into continuous detection and response through automated tripwire placement, contextual alerting, and detection posture validation.
• Improve detection fidelity by delivering precise, contextual signals with low false-positive rates.
• Define deployment and coverage strategies across internal, external, cloud, phishing, insider threat, and rapid response testing workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to integrate Tripwires with SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, webhook, and broader SOC tooling.
• Own dashboards, analyst workflows, customer insight, cross-functional launches, and KPIs covering activation, coverage, adoption, retention, NPS, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience building B2B SaaS, security, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep knowledge of threat detection and response, SOC workflows, SIEM/SOAR, deception technology, identity security, Active Directory security, incident response, or exposure management.
• Experience defining product requirements, user workflows, trade-offs, outcome-based roadmaps, and cross-team initiatives with engineers and designers.
• Strong communication, product judgment, data-driven decision-making, and ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
