Business Development Manager (SAP/Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive new business for SAP Embedded Payments from lead generation to contract closure.
• Engage with CFOs, treasury leaders, and IT heads to address banking and payment connectivity needs.
• Build value propositions focused on integration simplification, security, and automation.
• Collaborate with presales and solution architects to define accurate solution scopes.
• Manage the full sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and deal progression.
• Develop relationships with SAP, banking partners, and system integrators.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 5–8 years of business development or enterprise sales experience in SAP, treasury tech, or payments.
• Strong understanding of SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity, ISO 20022, SWIFT, and host-to-host integrations.
• Knowledge of corporate treasury processes including cash management and payment centralization.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex connectivity architecture into clear business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech solutions, API-based banking, or payment orchestration.
• Previous experience working for SAP or its partners.
