TL;DR
IT Specialist (IT Operations/Security): Managing and scaling core IT infrastructure, identity access, endpoints, cloud services, and office networking with an accent on automation, AI-powered productivity, and secure employee support. Focus on improving operational resilience, implementing endpoint and identity security practices, and building reliable onboarding, offboarding, and access-management workflows.
Location: Tel Aviv, hybrid

What you will do
- Manage core IT infrastructure across systems, endpoints, cloud services, and office networks.
- Support internal tools, access management, onboarding, and offboarding for local and remote employees.
- Partner with the Security team on identity management, endpoint security, cloud environments, and security initiatives.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects and improve reliability, scalability, monitoring, and operational standards.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools, assistants, workflows, and automations for IT operations and employee support.
- Manage office Wi-Fi infrastructure, monitor network health, and coordinate with local ISPs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT, networking, IT operations, or security-related roles.
- Experience with Google Workspace, user lifecycle management, security configurations, and SSO integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience managing permissions, access rights, MDM platforms, and IT service-management or ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to asset management, procurement, and operational processes.
- English required; hybrid work in Tel Aviv.
Nice to have
- Experience with EDR platforms, email security gateways, networking, or cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Basic scripting or automation skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Experience with AI platforms, productivity tools, and AI-powered workflows or agents.
- Interest in security frameworks, compliance programs, and governance practices.
