Senior IT Manager (Boston)

Location: Boston, MA; hybrid workplace. The role supports Boston headquarters, the Tel Aviv office, and remote sites.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow an IT team covering help desk and systems administration.
• Build and execute a 12–18 month IT roadmap aligned with business growth, security, compliance, and enterprise-readiness goals.
• Run ITIL-aligned service management, including incidents, requests, problems, changes, SLAs, reporting, and automation.
• Own identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS governance, onboarding and offboarding, and asset lifecycle management.
• Manage corporate networking, VPN/ZTNA, meeting rooms, print services, and IT facilities across distributed locations.
• Partner with Security on SOC 2, SOX, GLBA, audits, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and vendor risk.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of IT management experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven ownership of identity and endpoint management, SaaS administration, corporate networking, and ITSM at scale.
• At least 4 years managing 100+ macOS endpoints with JAMF or a similar MDM tool.
• At least 4 years managing IT help desk teams and experience with tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with ZTNA, SSO, SAML, RBAC authentication, zero-touch onboarding, distributed networking, and SaaS services.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Azure AD, Kandji, Intune, Atlassian, HRIS, or CRM platforms.
