TL;DR
IT Specialist – MENTEE (Robotics): Operating and maintaining GPU compute and training clusters, storage, networking, identity services, endpoints, and server-room infrastructure with an accent on Linux administration, HPC operations, and site ownership. Focus on troubleshooting SLURM workloads, managing NVIDIA GPU stacks and high-speed interconnects, and supporting developing robotics teams as the sole technical owner.

What you will do
- Operate and maintain multi-node GPU compute and training clusters using SLURM, including scheduling policies, quotas, and job troubleshooting.
- Manage the NVIDIA GPU software stack across mixed generations and maintain high-speed interconnect infrastructure.
- Own parallel and network storage systems, including filesystem infrastructure.
- Administer enterprise networking, including firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and site connectivity.
- Manage identity and directory services, SaaS SSO integrations, and endpoint fleets across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Own IT site operations, including server-room power, cooling, UPS systems, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
- Linux systems administration experience, including Ubuntu at scale.
- Experience administering identity and directory services, including Active Directory.
- Hands-on HPC experience with SLURM or a comparable scheduler, GPU clusters, storage, and networking.
- Ability to work independently as the sole technical owner and support developing teams.
Nice to have
- Scripting and automation with Bash or Ansible.
- Experience with NVIDIA drivers, DKMS, Secure Boot, InfiniBand, or DDN Lustre.
- Experience with FortiGate, Intune or similar endpoint management tools, Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
- Infrastructure migrations, datacenter moves, or macOS fleet management experience.
- Hebrew and English.
