TL;DR
IT Manager (Apple/MDM): Managing IT support, hardware, networks, identity tools, and endpoint security for a growing global team with an accent on Apple device management, infrastructure reliability, and service operations. Focus on onboarding employees, maintaining secure device fleets, coordinating vendors, and owning multi-week and multi-month IT projects during U.S. working hours.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Availability during U.S. working hours is required.

What you will do
- Support system integrations and implementations across the organization.
- Onboard employees by managing accounts, permissions, and devices.
- Purchase, configure, and maintain laptops and other hardware.
- Manage network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, AV, and access control.
- Provide company-wide help desk support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain device and asset records, manage endpoint security coverage, own IT projects, and coordinate external vendors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager in technology companies.
- Advanced knowledge of macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Apple hardware management through MDM.
- Experience in IT support or help desk operations, including Okta or similar identity provider tools and MDM platforms.
- Experience with Google Workspace, networking, access systems, and basic security hygiene.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, communicate clearly, and demonstrate ownership through project completion.
- Fluent English and availability during U.S. working hours are required.
