Solutions Architect (CPQ)

Location: Remote, with time in San Francisco required during onboarding and travel as needed.

hirify.global is an early-stage company replacing legacy CPQ software with an agentic PQA stack for enterprise pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship for strategic deals from initial demo through post-sale implementation.
• Design and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept integrating PQA with CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and remove technical blockers.
• Lead onboarding by gathering requirements, designing integration solutions, and coordinating with implementation engineers.
• Translate customer needs into product insights for Engineering and Product teams.
• Create reusable technical guides, demo environments, integration patterns, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting with ownership of complex enterprise deals or implementations.
• Hands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CPQ, or HubSpot.
• Understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, approval workflows, and ERP integrations involving order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to design and explain API-based integrations, read API documentation, write lightweight scripts, and troubleshoot data flows.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical architectures into clear business narratives.
• Willingness to spend time in San Francisco during onboarding and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Direct experience selling or implementing CPQ solutions.
• Comfort with SQL, data modeling, and pricing data schemas.
• Experience working at an early-stage company with end-to-end solution design ownership.
