hirify.global is a seed-stage AI-native startup building an AI SRE Teammate for site reliability engineers, with expertise in observability, distributed systems, cloud, cybersecurity, and networking.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives and founders on technical discovery and customer engagement.
• Design and deliver enterprise demos and end-to-end proof-of-value engagements.
• Advise customers on SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Translate multi-cloud, Kubernetes, observability, and incident-management environments into hirify.global solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Create reusable demos, playbooks, solution briefs, integration guides, and processes for scaling the solutions engineering function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer engineering for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong background in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure software, with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, observability, incident management, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding annual quotas and running customer proof-of-value engagements from scoping through measurable results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both engineering and executive audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment.

Nice to have

• MS degree in engineering.
• Experience building demos, integrations, or scripts with Python, APIs, Terraform, or modern tooling.
