Partner Solutions Architect

Location: Remote-based in California, United States; approximately 30% travel, including international travel.

Salary: $148,180–$177,823 USD; an additional compensation range of $185,225–$222,278.75 USD is also listed.

What you will do

• Prioritize partner product requirements across the ISV ecosystem and translate demand into roadmap input with product management.
• Maintain an integrated view of partner integrations, gaps, and opportunities across ingestion, transformation, semantic layers, catalogs, metadata, open table formats, and agent interfaces.
• Develop technical messaging, reference architectures, integration patterns, joint value narratives, demos, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Serve as the primary technical counterpart for ISV partner solution architects and product leaders, leading technical engagement with key partnerships.
• Support partner workshops, webinars, hands-on labs, marketing events, and technical community programs.
• Provide evidence-based feedback on integration friction, competitive dynamics, and roadmap opportunities while coordinating global strategy with regional partner teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or a similar customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
• Direct experience with ISV, technology partner, or product partnership motions and influencing roadmaps without direct ownership.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and modern data platform architecture.
• Fluency across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses, lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, agent platforms, and MCP.
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from California, United States and travel approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience with data ISVs in BI, catalog, governance, observability, activation, or AI tooling.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or Fivetran.
• Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, integration certification, developer advocacy, or technical communities.
• Background in product management, technical product marketing, cloud marketplaces, or co-sell programs.
• Experience managing partnerships where a partner is also a competitor in part of the stack.
