Enterprise Architect - ERP Transformation, Minnesota Based (ERP)

Location: Minnesota, United States (hybrid); onsite at the Minneapolis World Headquarters approximately once a month

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise technology strategy, target-state architecture, roadmaps, standards, and decision guidance.
• Translate business capabilities and strategic priorities into actionable architecture plans across applications, data, cloud, infrastructure, security, and integrations.
• Lead current-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, technology rationalization, transition planning, and modernization recommendations.
• Define reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, standards, and architecture decision records.
• Facilitate cross-functional architecture discussions and resolve tradeoffs, dependencies, duplication, and enterprise impacts.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board activities and guide solution, platform, application, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT architecture experience across enterprise, solution, cloud, infrastructure, security, data, or application architecture.
• Knowledge of business architecture, enterprise technology architecture, architecture frameworks, governance, roadmap development, and standards management.
• Experience with security architecture, cloud governance, infrastructure modernization, identity and access patterns, data protection, resiliency, and risk-based decisions.
• Experience developing enterprise roadmaps, target-state and reference architectures, standards, and architecture decision guidance across multiple domains.
• Experience advising information security, cloud/platform, infrastructure, application, data, and delivery teams on complex initiatives.
• Experience with major Salesforce or ERP implementation, modernization, migration, or integration efforts.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or life sciences experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, AWS, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and custom application development.
• Experience applying AI, automation, observability, or data analytics to business outcomes and operational resilience.
• Enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, security, or infrastructure certification.
