Senior Associate, Client Solutions - Network Solutions (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States, with an expectation to be based in EST or CST time zones. Occasional in-person team meetings require approximately 10% annual travel.

Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 USD or CAD per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own patient engagement campaigns from kickoff through launch, measurement, and reporting.
• Coordinate campaign setup, execution, quality control, and day-to-day delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact and collaborate with internal partners to address campaign needs.
• Identify process improvements and provide recommendations on campaign strategy and execution.
• Support onboarding, development, and mentorship of Associates and new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of account experience in a creative agency environment working with pharmaceutical brands.
• Experience independently managing client relationships and campaign execution.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and experience implementing AI to improve work efficiency.
• Familiarity with workflow and review tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada or the US during EST or CST hours and travel approximately 10% annually for occasional team meetings.
